Deadline for finalizing custom orders is Monday, November 24.

Deadline for ordering made to order items is Monday, November 24.

Deadline to order for holiday shipping is December 15.

All in stock items ordered Thanksgiving weekend (November 26 - November 30) will ship on December 2.

Custom Jewelry

We would be happy to talk about your special project! Feel free to contact us with requests and get started on your custom project for the holidays now!

Special rates apply for bridal consultation. Custom wedding bands and bridal jewelry typically require a minimum 3 month lead time.

We will gladly repair or resize any piece of Audrey Laine Collection jewelry. Repair and resizing fees start at $25 plus roundtrip shipping. Pricing will depend on the complexity of the repair or resize. Please contact us for a quote.

We stand by the quality of our work. We will repair any piece less than 1 year old if defective in craftsmanship.

For repairs outside of the 1 year policy, the client will be responsible for shipping charges as well as the cost of repair.
