Duck silhouettes are hand cut with a jewelers saw and fixed to the surface of Western red cedar wood rounds. Folded + brushed sterling silver, with sterling posts and backs.
Each earring measures approximately 2 1/2” H x 1 1/4” W x 1/4” D

As the days get shorter and the light filtering in gives everything a softer edge, the fog hangs over the mountains later and later in the day.
This collection reflects the peaceful rhythms of the world going on outside my window and beyond.
Grounded in nature, and interwoven with new techniques and intentions.
Techniques include piercing (of course), hammering, keum-boo, and stone setting. Many pieces incorporate reclaimed sterling silver, which has been melted down into ‘coins’ and ‘arches’, as well as scrap wood and offcuts from other piercing projects.
Each piece in this new collection is one of a kind.
